Sorry, no shampoo can make your hair straight. It MIGHT help it by making it easier to straighten, but it really won't do anything else.
Shampoo-wise, Pantene isn't a good shampoo because i heard that it coats your hair with wax to make it 'shiny' but actually dries out your hair. Herbal essence is good, and smells nice.
