it works for me.
my hair was real dry and was a knot fest.
i use pantene..and its always real soft and silky.

I love pantene. its the only shampoo and conditioner I use. I have long, thin hair and its only thing on the market that doesnt leave my hair greasy looking,, it also holds color longe.
