pantene is awful it coats the hair with silicone and it is has a very high ph 9.5 your hair normal ph is 4.5 to5.5 ph anything above a 7is alkaline anything below a 7 is acid you want to choose a shampoo with a ph of 4.5 to 5.5 not any thing lower either both can damage the hair believe it or not but white rain is ph balanced ....but i like using clairol for color treated hair it has sun filters
